Route Sales Associate - Springfield, MO

Ronnoco Beverage Solutions was born at the 1904 World's Fair in St. Louis. Today, Ronnoco services customers in more than 40 states through DSD and strategic distributors. We sell a wide selection of coffee, cappuccino, iced coffee, tea, lemonade, and other beverage solutions. We also provide our customers service and graphics support. Our role is to help make our customers happy, serving both them and their customers.

We are looking for a Route Sales Associate/Delivery Driver to support our accounts in the Springfield, MO area. The Route Sales Associate will make scheduled route deliveries of product, provide exceptional customer service, ensure point-of-sale materials are correctly displayed, maintain inventory, and work closely with the sales team to identify increased product sales opportunities. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Direct store delivery of coffee and allied products to customers in the Springfield area.
• Manage deliveries, stock and maintain product inventory for warehouse and truck.
• Manage coffee inventory for customer accounts.
• Collect leads for potential new customers on a growing route.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to provide exceptional customer service to accounts.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years' experience in a route sales or related role.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs. unassisted.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen, DOT physical, and background check.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
