Ronnoco Coffee, the Midwest's leading supplier of specialty coffee, is looking for a Parts & Inventory Clerk to join our Inside Service team at our main office in St. Louis, MO. Working in our Inside Service department with coffee brewing parts and equipment, the person in this role will be responsible for processing parts inventory changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Pull parts orders for the field service team each day
  • Initiate parts purchase orders and amend orders as necessary
  • Replenish parts for service technicians
  • Pick parts orders and prepare them for shipments
  • Analyze various reports to manage parts, on-hand accuracy, PAR levels, shortages, and on-time deliveries
  • Minimize shortages while maintaining adequate inventory levels that support company fill rate initiatives
  • Perform physical inventory as required and monthly cycle counts
  • Assist branch technicians with equipment or parts needs
  • Perform other tasks as instructed by manager

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • College or Technical degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years' experience
  • Outlook and Excel knowledge a plus
  • Must display good verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to professionally receive and follow instructions
  • Must possess problem solving and analytical skills
  • Team player with the ability to maintain a positive attitude and partner with employees and managers
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to climb step ladders
