Ronnoco Coffee, LLC the Midwest's leading supplier of specialty coffees, is seeking a Route Sales Associate/Delivery Driver to support our accounts in the St. Louis, MO area. The Route Sales Associate will make scheduled route deliveries of product, provide exceptional customer service, ensure point-of-sale materials are correctly displayed, maintain inventory, and work closely with the sales team to identify increased product sales opportunities. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct store delivery of coffee and allied products to restaurants, hotels, country clubs, and convenience stores in the greater St. Louis area.
  • Manage deliveries, stock and maintain product inventory for warehouse and truck.
  • Manage coffee inventory for customer accounts.
  • Collect leads for potential new customers on a growing route.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to provide exceptional customer service to accounts.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years' experience in a route sales or related role.
  • Ability to lift 100 lbs. unassisted.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to pass DOT drug screen, DOT physical, and background check.
  • Team player with ability to work independently.
